HiHi There App for iOS and Android allows businesses the freedom to enjoy video calls with non-HiHi users. Ideal to create a better bond with customers being face-to-face. We delivered a video calling application design that bridges the link between HiHi desk phones and mobile users. We mapped user journeys, designed each scenario and delivered comprehensive design guidelines for the development team. We also worked with the internal marketing team to provide ideas for adverting and supportive styling.
